MistakeBook is an AI-powered maths mistake analysis and practice trainer for personal learning use. It is designed for Australian parents who create and manage accounts for their children.

The platform currently focuses on one maths question at a time. It is not designed for bulk content processing, large document review, or public question sharing.

You must only upload content you have the right to use. That includes question images, copied question text, and any answer material you submit through the platform.

Please upload one maths question at a time. Do not upload bulk sets, PDFs, full worksheets, full books, or commercial question banks.

Do not upload copyrighted school, tutoring, exam, publisher, or other third-party materials unless you have the legal right or permission to use them in this way.

MistakeBook is not responsible for user-uploaded content. We may remove suspected infringing content or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe the platform is being misused.

Parents are the account holders. Children do not create their own accounts in the current version of the service.

If you create child profiles, you are responsible for the information entered, how the service is used, and supervising use where appropriate.

MistakeBook uses AI to analyse maths mistakes, generate explanations, and create practice questions. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or wording that is not suitable in every situation.

The service is not a substitute for professional tutoring, school advice, or advice from an exam authority. It does not make school placement, scholarship, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

We may change, pause, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features, AI behaviour, storage settings, and availability may change as the product develops.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MistakeBook is provided on an as-is basis without promises that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every learning context.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian consumer law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as far as permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
